Sales surge for Neal Communities’ Silverleaf
Sales for Silverleaf, a master-planned community of new homes in Parrish by the area’s largest and most established, locally owned and operated private builder, Neal Communities (NealCommunities.com), have surged in the last three months for the community – with 25 homesites sold. Since Silverleaf was debuted to the community in August 2014, 120 homebuyers have chosen the amenity-rich neighborhood as their home. Once complete, Silverleaf will have 713 homes.
