Sales surge for Neal Communities’ Silverleaf
Sales for Silverleaf, a master-planned community of new homes in Parrish by the area’s largest and most established, locally owned and operated private builder, Neal Communities (NealCommunities.com), have surged in the last three months for the community – with 25 homesites sold.
Since Silverleaf was debuted to the community in August 2014, 120 homebuyers have chosen the amenity-rich neighborhood as their home. Once complete, Silverleaf will have 713 homes.
The Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder preserved 42 percent of the community’s land as open space. Surrounded by oak trees, Silverleaf offers its residents a recreation center with a fitness center, pool and spa, a children’s playground, picnic shelter with grills, basketball court, two dog parks, walking trails and a nature boardwalk.
“Silverleaf’s ideal location and quality homes are driving this interest,” said Nicole Brooks, vice president of sales for Neal Communities. “It’s centrally located in Parrish and provides an ideal position for homebuyers between Tampa and Sarasota.”
Homebuyers can choose from 18 home plans from Neal Communities’ single-family homes in its Cottage, Cruise and Celebration series as well as its paired villas from the Coral series. Silverleaf features seven models and has an interactive sales center located in the Silver Mist model.
Located at 4121 Shimmering Oaks Drive in Parrish, Silverleaf is close to shopping, amenities and the city centers of Sarasota and Bradenton. The community is just four miles east of Interstate 75 on Highway 301. Home prices at Silverleaf start at $169,990 and some of the homes are maintenance included.
