Neal Communities’ Villa Amalfi community set to open

The gated community offers vacation-style living in north Sarasota, with homes starting at $238,990. Eight of the 92 maintenance-included villas have already been sold in pre-sales.

Residents can choose between three villa plans, each with a Tuscan architectural style. Plans range in size from 1,434 to 1,524 square feet. The Crystal Sand plan features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Tidewater features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den. Many homesites offer tranquil preserve and water views.
Villa Amalfi is nestled on 18 acres at the corner of Lockwood Ridge Road and Honore Avenue. A luxurious pool, spa and cabana are at the centerpiece of the community’s vacation lifestyle.
