Neal Communities’ Reuth speaks at International Builders’ Show

Liz Reuth, the digital strategy manager at Neal Communities (NealCommunities.com), southwest Florida’s premier, private homebuilder, recently spoke at the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas, Nev.

With13 years of experience in the Internet marketing industry, Reuth brought that knowledge to Neal Communities and Neal Signature Homes almost three years ago. She creates and manages digital campaigns encompassing all facets of online media, including social media, display advertising, SEO, paid search ads, retargeting, video, e-mail and native advertising for the companies. Reuth has also lead website design projects focusing on user experience and online lead conversion.

Reuth was the sole presenter for the session “Online ROI Playbook: Analytics to Prove Your Online Marketing Works” on January 21 from 8 – 9 a.m. During the knowledge-building session, Reuth taught attendees the best ways to set up tracking URLs and dynamic tracking phone numbers to measure online campaigns, the difference between cost per lead and value per lead, how to analyze campaign and call tracking reports to prove return on investment and when to shift focus to revenue metrics for determining value.

Reuth built a framework for elevated tracking using analytics programs and CRM data to prove ROI from marketing campaigns.

The NAHB International Builders’ Show is the largest annual light construction show in the world, attracting 120,000 visitors this year. Neal Communities’ Villa Amalfi community set to open

Neal Communities (NealCommunities.com), southwest Florida’s premier, private homebuilder, will mark the grand opening of Sarasota’s Villa Amalfi community on Saturday, Feb. 20.

The gated community offers vacation-style living in north Sarasota, with homes starting at $238,990. Eight of the 92 maintenance-included villas have already been sold in pre-sales.

Neal Communities notched 62 sales in January

Neal Communities (NealCommunities.com), southwest Florida’s premier, private homebuilder, sold 62 homes in January 2016, including six sales from the semi-custom, luxury Neal Signature Homes and 17 sales from Neal’s Southern division.

January’s notable neighborhoods included the newly opened Villages of Milano in Venice with 11 sales, Grand Palm in Venice with 10 sales, Silverleaf in Parrish with seven sales, Eagle Trace in Bradenton with six sales and five from Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood.

“While we saw a slight decrease in traffic during the first month of 2016, we experienced quality traffic in which people were ready to buy,” said Nicole Brooks, director of sales for the Lakewood Ranch-based new homebuilder. “We attribute these numbers to a continued favorable environment for homebuyers, including low interest rates and other positive mortgage conditions and the excellent value and variety presented by our many communities spanning from Hillsborough to Collier County,” she said.

Neal Communities’ Fairfield, a vacation-style living community located in the heart of Bradenton, has completely sold out. The Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder’s Central Park and Forest Creek communities are expected to sell out before summer 2016.

Neal Communities will have 22 models in the upcoming Manatee Sarasota Building Industry Association’s Parade of Homes beginning February 20. The homebuilders’ pool company, Waterscapes Pools and Spas, will have eight pools featured.

In 2015, Neal Communities hit a major milestone by closing 989 homes for families in Florida – the most since its 1970 inception and pulled permits for over 1,200 homes in Sarasota and Manatee Counties.

Neal Communities also opened 13 new communities in 2015 and expects to unveil another eight in 2016, continuing its five-year expansion plan. The first – Villa Amalfi in Sarasota – will open in early 2016. Neal Communities opens new phase at Boca Royale Golf & Country Club
