Neal Communities’ Indigo introduces larger homesites and a new model
Neal Communities (NealCommunities.com), the area’s largest and most established, locally owned and operated private builder, is introducing larger homesites and a new model at Indigo, an award-winning green community in Lakewood Ranch.
Unveiled in May 2015, Indigo will now offer larger homesites and four new floor plans, including the Clear Day, Daybreak, Silver Sky and Windstar, the community newest model. The layouts range in size from 2,395 to 2,980 square feet. The new phase will have limited opportunities for homebuyers.
Once completed, Indigo will have a total of 580 maintenance-included homes on 151.32 acres. Since the community’s opening, 78 homes have been purchased in Indigo. Home prices start at $259,990.
In addition to the neighborhood’s newest model, visitors can also browse through two fully decorated and professionally designed models – the 1,509-square-foot Liberty 2 and the 1,764-square-foot Victory, which serves as the community’s sales center.
